Services
R&D Package Homes offers two phases of services for your home building project. Dirt to Done.
Phase 1 (Dirt) is for the initial planning. This includes a site survey, drafting the preliminary house plan using computer-aided design (CAD) software, estimating the home package and the overall project cost, drafting a plot plan, and arranging for energy calculations. Plus More.

Phase 2 (Done) is for consultations during construction. This includes providing general residential building information (how stuff works), planning, scheduling, assistance selecting sub-contractors, evaluation of work, conferring with the trades, and generally any issue that comes up during the construction of your PMHI home package.
