This would include adaptation to the Uniform Building Code (UBC), and include local requirements from information provided. 2.Building Plan Engineering Service: Structural analysis of the building structure to UBC guidelines for wind loads, snow loads, and seismic concerns. 3. Building Material Cost Estimate/Quote Service: Computer analysis of building project, including plans and specifications. Printed detail specification with all quotes. 4. Construction Cost Estimate (CCE) Service: Computer analysis of building project including estimated cost savings for Owner/Contractors and Owner/Builders. Printed estimate summary. 5. Loan Qualification Estimate (LQE) Service: Computer analysis of building project and owners finances.
