PMHI Building System
The panels and trusses are built in the PMHI factory under tight quality control which facilitates a better building. The panels are square which requires the sub-floor to be flat which mandates that the foundation be level and plumb. The panels are built to the dimensions shown on the plans which compels the sub-floor and foundation to be dimensionally accurate. The trusses require the top of the walls to be correct and that means the walls should be plumb, square and straight. From the ground up the house is built better.
